Our Site and AI voice assistant are powered by PolicyLift ("PolicyLift"), a third-party technology provider. PolicyLift provides the technical infrastructure for our website and AI assistant but does not provide insurance services.

3.3 No Online Policy Transactions

IMPORTANT LIMITATION: This Site and our AI voice assistant are for informational purposes only. You CANNOT use this Site or AI assistant to:

  • Purchase or bind insurance coverage
  • Modify existing insurance policies
  • Cancel insurance policies
  • File insurance claims
  • Make payments on policies
  • Execute or sign insurance contracts

All policy transactions, changes, and claims must be completed through direct contact with a licensed insurance agent.

4. AI Voice Assistant - Important Disclosures

4.1 Nature of AI Technology

YOU ARE INTERACTING WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, NOT A HUMAN

Our Site features an AI-powered voice assistant that uses artificial intelligence technology to answer questions and collect basic information. When you interact with this assistant:

  • You are communicating with an automated artificial intelligence system
  • Responses are generated by algorithms, not human agents
  • The AI is designed for general questions and basic information collection only
  • A licensed human agent is available upon request (during business hours)

4.2 AI Technology Providers

Our AI assistant uses third-party services including OpenAI, Eleven Labs, and Cartesia for natural language processing and voice technology.

4.3 Recording and Storage

ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH OUR AI ASSISTANT ARE RECORDED AND TRANSCRIBED.

By using the AI assistant, you explicitly consent to:

  • Voice recording of your entire conversation
  • Transcription of your conversation to text
  • Storage of recordings and transcripts in secure encrypted databases
  • Use of recordings for quality assurance, training, and service improvement
  • Retention of recordings for as long as necessary for business and legal purposes

If you do not consent to recording, DO NOT use the AI assistant. Instead, contact us directly via phone or email.

4.4 Strict Limitations of AI Assistant

CRITICAL: The AI assistant has significant limitations. The AI assistant CANNOT and WILL NOT:

Insurance Services Prohibited:

  • Provide insurance advice, recommendations, or professional opinions
  • Quote insurance policies or provide pricing information
  • Guarantee coverage, rates, discounts, or policy terms
  • Bind insurance coverage or execute insurance contracts
  • Make changes to existing insurance policies
  • File, process, or provide updates on insurance claims
  • Cancel or terminate insurance policies
  • Interpret policy language or coverage terms
  • Advise on legal or regulatory compliance matters
  • Make binding commitments on behalf of Seguros Ideal

Information Collection Only: The AI assistant is designed solely to:

  • Answer general questions about insurance types and concepts
  • Collect basic contact information for quote requests
  • Schedule appointments with licensed insurance agents
  • Transfer you to a human agent when appropriate
  • Provide general information about our agency

4.5 No Reliance on AI Responses

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

  • AI technology has inherent limitations and may make errors
  • AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
  • AI-generated information should NOT be relied upon as professional advice
  • You should verify all important information with a licensed insurance agent
  • The AI cannot understand complex or nuanced insurance situations
  • AI responses are for informational purposes only and are not binding

YOU USE THE AI ASSISTANT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4.6 No Professional Relationship Created

Using the AI assistant does NOT create:

  • An insurance broker-client relationship
  • An agency relationship
  • A fiduciary duty
  • A professional services relationship
  • Any legally binding commitment or obligation

4.7 Escalation to Human Agent

You may request to speak with a licensed human insurance agent at any time during your AI conversation. During business hours, you will be transferred to an available agent. Outside business hours, you may leave a message or schedule an appointment.

5. No Insurance Advice or Recommendations

5.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Consultation
